      5種常見光電開關原理

      1.漫反射式光電開關
      1. Diffuse reflective photoelectric switch
      漫反射光電開關是一種集發射器和接收器于一體的傳感器,當有被檢測物體經過時,將光電開關發射器發射的足夠量的光線反射到接收器,于是光電開關就產生了開關信號。當被檢測物體的表面光亮或其反光率極高時,漫反射式的光電開關是首選的檢測模式。
      Diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is a kind of sensor which integrates transmitter and receiver. When there is a detected object passing by, enough light emitted by the photoelectric switch transmitter will be reflected to the receiver, and then the photoelectric switch will generate a switch signal. When the surface of the detected object is bright or its reflection rate is very high, diffuse reflection photoelectric switch is the preferred detection mode.
      2.鏡反射式光電開關
      2. Mirror reflective photoelectric switch
      鏡反射式光電開關亦是集發射器與接收器于一體,光電開關發射器發出的光線經過反射鏡,反射回接收器,當被檢測物體經過且完全阻斷光線時,光電開關就產生了檢測開關信號。
      The mirror reflection photoelectric switch is also a combination of transmitter and receiver. The light from the photoelectric switch transmitter passes through the mirror and is reflected back to the receiver. When the detected object passes through and completely blocks the light, the photoelectric switch generates a detection switch signal.
      3.對射式光電開關
      3. Opposite photoelectric switch
      對射式光電開關包含在結構上相互分離且光軸相對放置的發射器和接收器,發射器發出的光線直接進入接收器。當被檢測物體經過發射器和接收器之間且阻斷光線時,光電開關就產生了開關信號。當檢測物體是不透明時,對射式光電開關是最可靠的檢測模式。
      The opposite photoelectric switch consists of a transmitter and a receiver which are structurally separated from each other and whose optical axis is placed opposite to each other. The light emitted by the transmitter enters the receiver directly. When the detected object passes between the transmitter and the receiver and blocks the light, the photoelectric switch generates a switch signal. When the detected object is opaque, the opposite photoelectric switch is the most reliable detection mode.
      4.槽式光電開關
      4. Slot type photoelectric switch
      槽式光電開關通常是標準的U字型結構,其發射器和接收器分別位于U型槽的兩邊,并形成一光軸,當被檢測物體經過U型槽且阻斷光軸時,光電開關就產生了檢測到的開關量信號。槽式光電開關比較安全可靠的適合檢測高速變化,分辨透明與半透明物體。
      The slot type photoelectric switch is usually a standard U-shaped structure. Its transmitter and receiver are located on both sides of the U-shaped groove respectively, and form an optical axis. When the detected object passes through the U-shaped groove and blocks the optical axis, the photoelectric switch generates the detected switching signal. The slot type photoelectric switch is safe and reliable for detecting high-speed changes and distinguishing transparent and translucent objects.
      5.光纖式光電

      開關光纖式光電開關采用塑料或玻璃光纖傳感器來引導光線,以實現被檢測物體不在相近區域的檢測。通常光纖傳感器分為對射式和漫反射式
